Every attempt is made to ensure that the product you have purchased is as described, and is in perfect condition, however occasionally mistakes, misunderstandings and defects occur. 

If you are not entirely satisfy with your purchase, please contact us and we will do what we can to assist.

If the product is defective simply return it to us and we will replace or refund.  Unfortunately, We cannot accept responsibility for products damaged in transit.  Due to hygiene purposes, we are unable to accept return of earrings or hair accessories, unless they are still in their sealed packaging.

Custom orders are happily taken, however 50% deposit may be required.
